How do you protect yourself from viruses, worm, and all those nasties out there?

Don't open any files that you are suspicious of, and don't open any mail from someone you don't know. If your ISP provides virus checking and spam blocking of mail, this is useful, but you should still have your own anti-virus programme on your PC as a backup, and most important of all, make sure that you keep it up to date!

Remember, no matter how good your anti virus programme is, unless you update it regularly, it is no use at all!! Once a week is the recommended minimum for updating
